Refund policy

NEXUS STUDIOS is hosted on Shopify Inc - they provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products.

We do not issue refunds - if there is something wrong with your order, please email us at info@nexusstudios.com with your order number and what went wrong.
We do accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving the product - all shipping costs for sending it back to us are your responsability. The items must be in the original packaging and must not have been worn. When we receive it, we will evaluate it and determine if it’s elegible for a exchange - if so, you will receive a giftcard with the amount corresponding to the item.

If there is an issue with a mispelling of your name, contact or address and your order is sent back to us, we will charge you shipping costs again. It is your responsability to insert all the correct information.
